By accessing or using the NextJs Starter Kit (“Service”) provided by GetNextKit (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
The NextJs Starter Kit is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides developers with a ready-to-use Next.js starter template to accelerate their development process. The Service is accessible via https://getnextkit.com.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
Access to the NextJs Starter Kit may require payment of fees. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused features, unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetNextKit is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
